Return & Refund Policy

At Shepherd Medical Supplies, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, as a dropshipping store, we do not warehouse or directly ship the products ourselves. Therefore, all returns and refunds are subject to the policies of our third-party suppliers.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Some items (e.g., opened medical supplies, hygiene products) may be non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

Return Process

  • Contact us at shepherdmedicalsupplies@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the return is approved and processed by the supplier.
  • Refunds are applied to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
